"I am incredibly disappointed with our stay at Hotel Nova. For the price charged, the food, rooms, and service fell completely short of expectations. More importantly, we experienced serious safety and management issues. During our stay, the shower suddenly surged to a scalding temperature, burning our five-year-old daughter badly enough to reduce her to tears. "very good"

"Wonderful stay - the staff were really friendly and on the first night the owner waited up for our late arrival and was so welcoming to us weary travellers. The room was clean and comfortable and great value for money. Great location - close to Apparition hill, Oasis of peace and a 20 minute walk to the centre"

"Peter, the owner, is as good as gold. Amazing hospitality and family run."
