"I booked this place for seven nights, but decided to stay at another hotel mid-week. This is a luxury apartment building that had the potential to be amazing but with poorly functioning appliances/equipment, made the stay really frustrating. For example, the wifi kept disconnecting to the point that I had to buy another SIM card. There is a new stove but you can’t cook meat/fish because it will set off the fire alarm. You also can’t open the windows in the living room so I didn’t take the chance of cooking. There is a washer/dryer but it vents into your living room causing dust and takes 5-6 hours for a full cycle. 20 min for the door to unlock if you stop it mid-cycle. There is a nicely tiled bathroom but it has weak water pressure and a sensitive toilet. And they warn you of these little things with signs, which is both informative but not relaxing. For a 1-3 night stay, this is a great and convenient choice, but I would not recommend for longer. The staff also were very responsive and provided great service. More so than you usually get at a place with a virtual front desk. They seemed to manage things better than another company there. So do your homework and also watch the video Brown Suites sends about how to find the check-in place. Lastly, the view really is incredible!"

"Internet was incredibly slow. Gym required a pass each time you used it, there was no water or cloth to wipe the equipment down. Everyone's sweat was just left on the equipment. When I asked for water at reception she told me to get it from the convenience store. It should be complementary. The shampoo smelt very toxic (like bleach), I believe it has been tampered with as when I took it to reception it was exchanged for shampoo that smelt like it should - it was very worrying and they didn't even apologise. Who knows what I washed my hair with, but it wasnt shampoo. I wouldn't stay here again. "

"Clean, reasonably priced hotel near the Busan train station. We (family of 4 with 2 teens) stayed in the triple deluxe room for 4 nights and have virtually no complaints. PROS: Everything was super clean, the room was VERY spacious, the washroom was also really soacious. Separate big jet bathtub and shower, separate toilet room with bidet.The beds were firm and comfy, pillows and blankets were comfy - we slept like babies. We were given an ocean view room on the 14th floor so the view was fab! Cleaning staff were great - changed towels, took out trash and tidied up the room each day. CONS: I read a review about some noises between rooms and found it to be true. There were some super noisy neighbors wanting to party next door close to midnight so we had to alert the front desk and the culprits quieted down soon enough. Some noise seepage from the outside, cars and trains, but thar couldn't be helped, I guess. Overall, solid 3 stars, exactly as advertised and reasonably priced."
