"The property was very nice, and the staff were very polite. I will say the location with a little further out from the city in main attractions, however, was very close to the train, which could get you to the Colosseum within 30 minutes"

"Great hotel in the EUR neighborhood with rooftop bar and restaurant, and a lot of freebies, including breakfast buffet, shuttle on call to subway station, underground parking, and ev vehicle charging."
"My wife and I stayed here three nights while traveling to various locations by car around Rome. The location was convenient to the airport and destinations to the South of Rome, and into Rome. The parking was by the front door and guarded. The room was fine, the air conditioning worked well, the breakfast was fine, and one dinner we ate there also. The staff were hospitable and the place created a friendly and positive experience."
"nice hotel on Appian way perfect for touring catacombs. Location is outside the walls and far for doing all the other typical Rome sights which are better accessed by staying inside the walls. The hotel itself is new and clean with a good restaurant "
"The facilities are amazing
Its close to the train station the staff is friendly.
I definitely recommend this hotel. The food is great and the beverages too."
"Beautiful, spacious, clean room. Bed was very comfortable and good pillows.
Bathroom has no door for privacy however toilet and shower have frosted glass doors.
The parking is under the hotel and the swirly drive below can seem tight but it is fine, well lit and safe.
My second time staying at this hotel and would definitely return.
The area is a office working area with big glass buildings. At night, there is not many people around.
Walking distance there is a great gelato place "La Romanina" and for dinner "Nero Lab" modern with a variety of food from burgers, pasta and pizza. Delicious!!"
"Overall we had a very pleasant experience. The biggest highlights were how clean and safe we felt during my stay. While the surrounding area may look a bit sketchy at first glance, I never felt unsafe, and the hotel itself is well-maintained and secure.
The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning was a huge plus during the hot summer days. It made a big difference after coming back from long outings in the sun. The included breakfast was decent, nothing fancy, but it had the basics to start the day off right.
One of the best parts was the location in terms of convenience. Although it's a bit outside the main tourist hub, there's a bus stop within easy walking distance that made getting around super simple. Plus, being slightly removed from the center meant quieter nights and better sleep, perfect if you're looking to avoid the noise of more crowded areas.
All in all, a solid option for travelers who prioritize comfort, quiet, and convenience.
