"This hotel was friendly and located within a walkable distance from some of the main attractions of Venice. I loved the ease of walking down the street in the morning to get coffee and pastry, there is also a supermarket close by to stock up on anything you may need during your trip. The room was traditional and rustic but had a certain charm to it, the shared bathroom was always clean and never really had to wait for it. "It was our first Venice trip, and we are so happy we booked this place, amazing experience, beautiful island. 20 mins boat to Venice Mainland, and the boats run every 45 min. The hotel staff is very friendly. Food is fresh from the local farms. Highly recommend it!"

"Room was nothing like the pictures shown here. Furniture was outdated and half broken. Glass in one window was broken. One of the beds was in the hallway without windows at all. We were promised wifi in the room, but it wasn´t working at all and even in the hotel lobby connection was horrible. No parking for guests. Overall we were really dissapointed. To be fair: breakfast in Astromare was great and location close to the beach were only things that kept us there."

"Stopped here for 3 nights in June 2011. It was significantly cheaper than everything else on offer, by at least £100 for the stay, so was not expecting too much, but was pleasantly suprised. Very clean, great location, only thing missing was a pool, but the sea was 200m away, wouldnt hesitate to stop again. Tried breakfast once, 5 euro's each, ok, nothing too special, but good value compared to cost of eating out in Italy in general, where a coffee was averaging 2-3 euro's. Free Wi-fi, but only...

"Ho scelto questo hotel perché me ne avevano parlato. Ho trovato tutto molto positivo. La stanza aveva un' ampia terrazza che purtroppo non aveva la chiave nella porta finestra; il materasso era comodo, il bagno un po' piccolo e la doccia ha bagnato la carta igienica perché era vicino al water. Non sono presenti ascensori quindi non è adatto a persone con disabilità motorie. la colazione è a buffet, abbastanza varia di discreto livello , considerato il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerei...
