"You get what you pay for. Rooms were clean and fresh looking and basic. The hotel is literally reception and rooms no other facilities. The only downside for me personally was I found it noisy, noise from people inside and from the outside. It did the jod though and in a great location"

"This is the only true hotel in Villena, and as a result it has seen its better days, but still continues to fill up as Villena is a vacation location. The restaurant downstairs does not open until 9 and closes early. No smoking is not really enforced, our room smelled horribly seeing as the last patron, according to the cleaning lady was a heavy smoker. But staff was kind enough to get us another room, larger and no smoke smell. This is a great little hotel to spend a few days in while...

"Is a few minutes' walk to the beach. Restaurants on the door of the Hostal a lot of options a market next door and another market across the street that sales all kinds of fruit vegetables, fish, meat, ham and a lot more of other things. "

Big Carp in the lake if you're into fishing, only problem being the access needs making a bit more disabled friendly. Could do with a bit more choice on the menu, but what there was, was very nice."

The place is dated, but is very central. The room was clean and organized, but don’t expect a lot. The walls aren’t soundproof, so you can hear pretty much everything. It’s just really a place to rest and sleep after exploring the city. The big plus was the receptionist. He speaks English, he’s very accommodating and would gladly help...

"I was in the middle of central Alicante, mext to bars and restaurants. Really close to bus stop and main road. It was a bit nozy,nightclub hanging till 3am. Bathroom very basic,not very clean and tacky, Diy ed lots of places. No electric plug in the room, forced to charge electronics in the bathroom..Not 1 English channel!!! Hotel doing renovations lots of banging, lift alwas busy with workmen. Receptionist nice but not very friendly, just there doing his thing!!"
