"My partner and I stayed for two nights and loved it at Irumote So! The room was spacious, the hosts are so lovely, and the hostel is equipped with everything you need. The rooftop patio was a beautiful place to watch the sun set. It’s a little far from town but the hosts will pick you up and drop you off from the ferry terminal. There’s a restaurant nearby which was great for dinners both nights. 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in Iriomote. "

"There was a very rude man at the front desk. Check in was 3pm but we came at 1pm to drop off our stuff. After a long journey we just wanted to sit down in the lobby and relax for a minute but the man at the front desk immediately came over said it was not allowed, and if we wanted use of facilities we would need to pay extra.
