"Location was excellent, place was lovely, breakfast was wonderful. Proprietors did not speak any English but we communicated pretty well despite the barrier. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed to be required to pay in cash upon checkout. There was even a sign that said they accepted credit cards but she was insistent on cash. Wiped out my cash supply and due to transaction fees and exchange rates cash is much more expensive for travel. Found this to be typical in Greece, however,...
"Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean room. Hotel is one block away from main street (restaurants, bars, shops, etc) and that street that connects was very dark at night (no lights), thus creating a safety issue."
"Good place, clean and new, bay window above the sea and in front of Nauplie Bay, marvellous landscape. Easy to find and to park. Not recommanded to impaired people (stairs to get to the appartment we were in). Cleaning service every day. The host living near and always easy access. But:
- Wi-Fi not often available,
- very little place, shelves in the cabinet would be useful, to store clothes (when you stay a week, as we staid),
- not very pleasant to have to throw toilets paper in the garbage...

"From start, we were happy when Costas greeted us in front to park. Inside is boutique art and unique artwork and decor. Balcony has beautiful view of the Palamidi fort, the mountains and the sea. Easy access to town. Costas and Val (?) provided a delicious breakfast including homemade marmalade and jams, cakes, croissants, Greek yogurt and fruit. "Very nice people, terrific location. We had upgraded room, large by European standards, huge bathroom with walk-in closet and nice little balcony with view of Palamidi Fortress. Nice continental breakfast included. Nafplio is a wonderful sea side city with great “ sea wall” trail, historic sites plenty of good restaurants and several ancient sites within a short drive. "This hotel is in a perfect location directly on the sea shore. That is only good thing I can say. We arrived at 14.30 and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive on reception to be told the room was not ready and to go away for an hour.

"Stayed here a couple weeks ago with my husband and two kids. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Gorgeous view of the mountain/ Palamidi Fortress and the ocean. The cleanest room I have been in, in any hotel in Greece. The staff, led by some of the nicest and hospitable women made our experience so memorable. Thank you Vicki, Irini & Maria! The morning breakfast was the best! So much attention to detail and options and tasted delicious. Spacious rooms that felt brand new. Huge balcony with the nicest cleanest hot tub I’ve ever seen. Tv options with Netflix/amazon prime capability was an extra plus! We even had the option to pay a small fee and have our laundry washed, folded and waiting for us on our bed within the same day. We stayed for 3 nights and easily could have stayed another 3 at Ennea Muses. We had a car and it only took 1 min (felt that short of a drive) to get down to the port/entertainment/restaurants. 10/10 experience at Ennea Muses!!!! We plan to revisit this property when we are back in Greece. "
