"Admittedly we booked this room in tbe afternoon, but it said check in was until 8 p.m. We got to the address indicated at around 6 p.m. but could not find a buzzer. Called the local phone number and they sent a link via WhatsApp to complete check in information online. This included having to take and send photos of passports, and paying the local tax using an online platform. After doing that, we were then informed that the room was 500 metres away. When we got there, again there was no buzzer...

"Very disappointed that towels were extra and they charged for air conditioning. This should be publisized on the site. Oh yeah, wifi is not included in the cabin either and lots of misquitos. Stayed for the beach which was nice and fun area if you truly are camping not passing through."

"Great location in Manarola - far enough up the street so that few tourists pass by. Balcony was wonderful in the mornings. Check-in/check-out was easy. Internet only worked upstairs, the only small TV was downstairs in the bedroom, and we really wished the bed was softer (hard compared to US rentals). After seeing all 5 towns, we would stay in Manarola again, and would rent Le Coste again."

Bus proche sinon 35 /40 mn au soleil pour atteindre le bateau ou le train pour les Cinque Terre. L'hôtesse est gentille mais ne parle qu’italien donc difficile de communiquer et au moment de payer elle n’accepte que le liquide alors qu’il est marqué sur la réservation « prélevé par l’hôtel ». Dista una mezz'ora a piedi dal mare, meno di 10 minuti in macchina.Unica nota positiva: l'ampio parcheggio coperto! "A sorpresa" mi sono trovata ad alloggiare in una stanza con bagno esterno...che scomodità!(nella prenotazione non era specificato, altrimenti avrei evitato). Servizio colazione non incluso, frigo nella mia stanza non funzionante e segnalato più volte senza però aver mai ricevuto...

"Splendida struttura recentemente ristrutturata, perfetta per trovare relax e farsi delle lunghe letture seduti all’ombra degli ulivi in giardino. Personale pronto e attento ad ogni necessità. Molto pulito e in ordine, specialmente i bagni che, pur essendo condivisi, li troverete sempre sanificati e pronti all’uso dopo ogni utilizzo. Situato in zona centrale, facile da raggiungere in macchina oppure a piedi dalla stazione. STRACONSIGLIATO"
