"STAY AWAY!!! The place is a dump. There was actual poo on the floor in the restroom off the lobby. When we told them we couldn't stay because if was such a dump, they refused to refund ANY of our money even though we never stayed there. "

"From the time that I arrived to the time that I left, they really treated me as best they could, also managed to find a room on the first floor due to my health condition. Alway was extremely professional and friendly. A modest place but clean and well located. Comfortable bed, breakfast was fresh every day. I can definitely recommend it including family. "Everywhere was clean, no problems there. It was a minimalist room with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. There was an area as part of the hotel to get food and drink at the appropriate times which was simple. Unfortunately due for time we were unable to partake on the breakfast (which was available for a reasonable price added, especially being in Amsterdam which can be quite pricey) but it sounded lovely. Homemade pancakes were an option that nearly tempted me to miss a flight. The...

"Hotel location is good. Shower room had damp on the walls. Previous guests had written on the walls in the bathroom. This has never been removed. One message read 'Denzo 2014'! Hotel is noisy. Condition of the hotel seems as if it hadn't been decorated for many years. We were charged before arrival. We expected to pay on arrival. No hot water in wash basin. Condition of carpet on stairs is threadbare. Bed was unstable."

"Speciale ervaring om op een boot te overnachten. Wakker worden, buitenstappen, en meteen op het water :) Het ontbijt was dik in orde. Wel lastig als iedereen op hetzelfde moment wil ontbijten, daar is te weinig plaats voor. Heel jammer dat de uitbaters geen Nederlands spraken :( Wifi werkt enkel in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte."
