"I always choose to stay at this property, the rooms are spacious, everything functions well, it is comfortable and for a single female traveller very safe (this is important for me) What I sometimes forget to mention is the 5 star pillows, linen and towels, it astounds me how some hotel don't see the value in the detail, it definitely is something I consider when staying somewhere which is sleep quality."

"From checking in to checking out, the experience was fantastic. Also, staff’s care and kindness was impressive. "We found check-in tedious and the staff member inefficient. He had to search for our key in a messy cluttered drawer. Reception area super messy and not professional or inviting. The room was spacious and clean but there was a large crack in the glass of the wardrobe door and the towel rail was hanging loose. Shower pressure and heat of water was amazing.
