"My partner and I just returned from a wonderful 11 nights stay and we cannot wait to come back already. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much to ask of them. The hotel is modern and kept spotlessly clean. Our room was also cleaned every day and came with a flatscreen TV and aircon included. All of the staff were fantastic, always polite and happy. "Location good with 10 min walk to beach, 2 nice pools. Food in restaurant OK. Nice staff! A couple of nice restaurants nearby. Room was OK, cleaning terrible at first but corrected after complaining. Shower not very nice. AC was good but costs 8 euro extra per night which is strange. Still this is great value for money!"

"I would not choose this accommodation again. We spent a week there and the towels were changed only once. The beds were also made only once. The air conditioning costs extra and almost doesn't work at all. The parking is way too small. The room was too small and poorly equipped. The staff was friendly and the hotel is in the center."

"We enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable apartment with a great balcony. It is not too modern and is great value for money. It was easy to find and very close to the seafront, it has a pretty garden. The host was friendly and helpful. Milatos is a peaceful seaside village reminiscent of Crete 40 years ago, however it has choice of places to eat. We had our best meal in Crete so far at Meraklis Tavern on the waters edge, very good value"

"Had a fantastic stay at Psaras. This was our 2nd time & equally enjoyable. Comfy beds, constant hot water, great position for restaurants, bars etc & maid service regularly. The only thing to mention is on our previous visit we could use the pool at the hotel in front. We were told we couldn’t do that any more as it’s an all inclusive hotel & it’s not free to use the pool/beds like it was 4 yrs ago. Otherwise all good "
