The area we stayed it was a bit noisy this time. The beds were comfortable but the pillows to high. It was good to get beach towels and fresh water in the room. We probably would go back again in the future because of the waterpark. "

"My stay at this resort was memorable. From the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their attentiveness and hospitality made our trip easy and seamless.
The property was always kept clean. The architecture of this resort felt elegant, you can tell it was carefully designed. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, and the convenience of being able to book cabs and excursions directly through the hotel made things stress free.
The resort had a peaceful ambiance. Even in busier areas it felt calm, I felt relaxed during my whole stay.
On our final day, my partner and I enjoyed a couples spa massage treatment it was worth every penny. The right way to end our trip.

"This place was amazing, looked just like a postcard. The staff was amazing! Konstantinos at the lunch restaurant was incredible and super friendly!! "Everything about this hotel was excellent from beginning to end. Check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient; staff were very welcoming. Our family suite was wonderful. We even got a free upgrade to a room with an ocean view! The pools were amazing, water was clean and warm. Sun beds were always available, albeit not necessarily directly in front of the pool in the first row. We didn’t mind because we were travelling with our kids who are teenagers. The food at the buffet was varied, plentiful and delicious. We ate at Imperial Sakura and Kafeino and had a fantastic meal served to us each time. The snack bars also offer a diverse selection from the coveted gyros to burgers and sandwiches, salads, pizza, and fish. Yes, there are a lot of stairs at the hotel and yes, you do have to walk down and up a small hill to get to the ocean beaches. For someone with limited mobility, this may be an issue. Otherwise, we took it as great exercise, even in the Cretan heat and sunshine! Overall, it was a fabulous stay and we would not hesitate to recommend the Belverdere to others. "
"We arrived around midnight, reception was closed but easy to get in. Breakfast was continetal, fantastic. The room was amazing, especially the tub on the patio. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows.
The whole room was spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels.
The staff we met were all very griendly and helpful.
Location was fab, a minute from the beach and restaurants.

Lovely pool area, quiet and relaxed, plenty of sun loungers. Nice bar and seating areas. Attractive well kept grounds. We had a deluxe suite with private infinity pool: the room was comfortable, well-furnished, clean, with good storage. The private terrace and pool were fabulous and really enhanced our stay. About 20 min straightforward walk to the square and harbour in Elounda and a wide range of restaurants and bars. Very easy to get taxis and reasonably priced. I’d happily return."
