"Super clean! Excellent distance away from Bryce Canyon too, an easy 25 minute drive. Free coffee in the lobby was a godsend for our early morning trying to catch the sunrise in the canyon. Property is right beside the freeway road, but since it is a fairly remote location, far away from big cities and heavy traffic, it is still very quiet at night. This was the perfect spot to stay the night for our Bryce Canyon trip!"

"Nice location near Bryce Canyon and nice people running the place. I liked the restaurant next door as well. Honestly the place could use a little renovation love but we weren't dissappointed in our stay and would stay again."

"This was an adventure! The bed was incredibly comfortable! Such a treat! The tents looked just like the pictures. I would have wanted to know that even though I booked a tent for 4 people, we still only got a twin and king, and there was no electricity to plug in an air mattress. The bathrooms were wonderful for community style. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there. "
