"As an American traveling to Baku this is what I can tell you: I needed to find accommodations close to my wife's family on short notice. King bed, balcony for smoking, and a bathroom in the room (watch out, some hotels don't offer that!) sums up my requirements. My wife was already in Baku and checked out a couple of options that were priced a bit lower, ie $100usd lower for the week. I found Krone and booked it prior to getting approval from my wife. I live dangerously sometimes...
