"I stayed at this hotel in March of 2016 with my husband. Although we liked the large, beachfront rooms, the service was absolutely terrible. It took almost 2 hours for lunch to be served because the waitstaff were all seated trying to watch a soccer game. "Stayed two nights during Semana Santa. The place is directly on a nice beach, but once you are there, you are there and there aren't any other bars and restaurants around. You'll need a car to reach it. The owner was very attentive, asking numerous times if we liked the place. It has a certain charm but I can't say that it has much in the way of comfort. "The hotel staff said that they do not work with Expedia, therefore they did not accept my reservation and I had to leave the place and look for another hotel in the evening. Really it was a bad experience. However, they said that it was responsability of Expedia for offering services in their name without permission."
