"Just a bed really pics not as we saw when arrived , pillows non existent the towels were thicker than the pillows , toilet dirty with stains in pan. Mattress old and poor quality wall where pillows used to be stained and dirty, front door lock broken and had to use key lock to get in . Commincation was good however the best part of the experience "

"When we arrived, he wasn't sure if I had a booking. Waiting outside the property in the pouring rain for 40mins before I got in. When I called they didn't pick up and there was no in the property to assist. The password gave was the wrong one initially and then messaged the right one after waiting for over 40mins. The toilet seat is right by a radiator and could sit properly as the heater continuesly touch you and heat burns. When we entered we had to clean the toilets as they were let dirty....

This did not happen, I went to the property, knocked on the door, no-one answered, I rang the owner and left a message, they did not respond, at 9pm that evening I received an email with the details. "It did not satisfy us at all. We left after 4 hours and did not stay the night as we didn’t feel comfortable to. it was a very tiny place compared to the pictures. The toilet seat was yellow, and there was no evidence of the place being cleaned. It was very dusty and the oven had a dirty pan in there. It looked like food had been cooked on it and not washed.
