"Not bad. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The facility is pretty run down. The bar and restaurant appear to both be permanently closed. It looks like a Big facility to try to run as a budget hotel. All around, we'd come back."

"You can walk to the parking lot of the Ark Encounter in 12 minutes if you are in reasonable shape; the walk does have some up and down hills. There is a great Mexican restaurant within easy walking distance. They said our room had two queen size beds but maybe we got a different room because they seemed to be double beds. We did get in pretty late though. We chose them over another place because this place allows cancellations. "

"Older building that was very well maintained. Rooms were small but fully equipped and neat. Even had a little kitchenette. I would go back any time. Much better than most all in their price range."

"We stayed here on our trip to see the creation museum and the ark encounter. was very conveniently located between the 2 places. The price was beyond inexpensive, so no shampoo. or coffee maker. Did have fridge and microwave. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Our children enjoyed meeting our housekeeper, Sheila. Will definitely stay again if the need arises. . "
