"The photos and description are completely misleading. Photos are several years old from a realtor's listing in 2022 and apparently no upkeep has taken place since then. A few rooms were tolerably clean but there is exposed rat poison beside pots and pans, clutter and debris, half used food in the fridge and cupboards, etc., etc. We've filed a 9 page complaint with VRBO including lots of pictures asking for a refund. "

The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house was well equipped and well appointed. We would highly recommend staying at this property."

"The house is adorable with two decks big enough for four overlooking the water. We loved watching the boats in the water. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and having relaxing family dinners. The town of Oriental was only a few miles away with a well stocked Piggly Wiggly. We’d definitely recommend!"
