We loved our oceanfront apt. Easy access to the beach. Bed very comfortable room very clean. Would definitely stay again. Adequate room for 2 but would be too tight for 4. Couldn't see the beach as well from the bottom floods so I'd prob rent upstairs.

We went to the area for a last minute concert. We loved all the staff and the property was exquisite. We would like to recommend that if you are sensitive to noise you should stay in the upstairs suites. High quality and we will be back if ever in this area in the future.

This is a super elevated motel vibe. Area is janky but accommodations were excellent.

Beautiful view and excellent location. A short walk to the ferry to Greenport and a short drive to preserves. Owner more than accommodating. I will visit again.

There wasn't a spec of dirt anywhere to be found. Our room also had a outside balcony. One needs nothing if you plan on staying at this establishment. Multitude of towels, (and plush ones) Hair dryer, and large screen TV. The bed was unbelievable comfortable with white comforte. Rug immaculate along with the bathroom. Too bad the...

Nice stay with very good environment around

Great location easy access to the beach and close to the town.

We spend 2 excellent days, were happy about all the room, pool, and helpful staff.

Amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were huge and spacious
