"The location, sundeck, pool & ocean front property were great but a little run down. The rooms were small. The Linens & beds were clean & comfortable, but furnishings & bathrooms felt a little run down. That said, I would still return because the staff were attentive & location was amazing. "

"This is a great small family owned motel right in town in Montauk. The rooms are all recently renovated with eclectic furniture, high end parachute bed lines, in room microwave & fridge. We stayed in the standard queen, which is on the smaller side but has a small table and chairs, dresser & plenty of space for 2 people. The bathrooms have a large stand up shower & public goods bath products. The pool deck is large (but closed for winter in April). Our favorite part was the courtyard area with...

"Extremely welcoming and friendly staff! Our room was spacious and clean. Parking was free and plentiful. Would definitely stay again.Nice kingsize bed, we parked the car next to the room so it was very easy for us. "

"A very nice property, you can hear and see the ocean from the 2nd floor. Property was under construction, so there was no maid services or front desk staff after check in. We are laid back and self reliant but that was an issue. Plus they were very respectful but construction makes noise. Beds were nice and enjoyed the shower. Will give another shot when renovations are complete"

"My room was unacceptable, there was mold and the shower was flooding the bathroom all the time, the wifi did not work very well and the owner/manager was not helpful. I had to call every time we needed more towels and she was not welcoming or friendly at all. When we told her about the shower she did not show any remorse"
