"Hotel rooms is good, cleaniing wise is good but there is no breakfast as they mentioned in there hotel facilities when you good online.. We insist for beakfast and show the manager what they mentioned so they provide every day same poha and tea...and the lift woking morning 12 to night 10 only.. So when u checked out 11 am. You have to use stairs even the hotel is on 4 floor.. Overall i ll give 3 star.. "

"The pictures on your booking site are not at all a true reflection of the hotel. The hotel was dirty, bedding and pillows were also dirty. Shower in the bathroom did not work they replaced this with a bucket and cup. The way window in the bedroom was broken which they couldn’t fixed, so their solution was the draw the curtains to fix the problem. DO NOT STAY HERE."

I went there at 12 PM check in time and the front desk guy says there is no room available at the moment to check in because he gave my room to someone unknowingly despite my booking. He offered me to stay in servent room. Which was a mess. Finally when I went back to chek in at 6 PM. i saw the room whcih was a mess, very unhygienic, dirty room. I checked out right away.
