"We had a wonderful time in spite of gray skies and rain. The cabin was cozy and we loved hearing the ducks in the morning and the loon in the evening. Even had a family of deer with 2 fawns in the yard eating apples. Being right on the water was great for relaxing and enjoying the quiet which was what I needed! Walked into town in between rain showers, ate a lot of good food and ice cream! Would definitely come back again!"

Visited on an extra chilly and windy stretch but house incredibly warm and cozy even during a brief power outage thanks to an automated generator. Outstanding responsiveness from host. Two separate living rooms allowed us to have the football game upstairs and a movie in the basement at the same time. "We had a very enjoyable stay. If course the weather cooperates. The place was clean and easily accommodated different age groups and activities. The pond was clean with loons entertaining. Plenty of towels, dishes, and kitchen more than adequate for food prep."
