"The room is clean, however, the shower curtain stinks so bad that it was hard to even pee without being disgusted. Requested to get it changed and for some towels the next day. We got the towels but the shower curtain was not changed. Had to go back to the front desk. We stayed for 4 nights, they changed the shower curtain but didn’t even bother to clear up the 2 tiny waste baskets or tidy up the bed. Towels and sheets needs to be replaced. Ana, the Asian lady at the front desk is great...

"There was some construction going on, but it was not a distraction to the rest of the property. The main TV did not work, said it was downloading an update or something. The one in the bedroom worked. The breakfast in the morning was...ummm... barely. But better choices were available nearby."

"It is located in a slightly hilly wooded area. There is a gas station "C" store that offers food and beer. An Rv park is on this loaction and is very nice.. The Casino is modern and well appointed. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean. A new waterpark was being constructed during our visit.Sonora is close for shopping.Yosemite is a close scenic drive.A bowling alley and Dining at two locations are your options.This was our second time at Black Oak in six months."

"Very clean and quiet place to stay. Also it is convenient. Everything I needed was close by and in walking distance. The manager is very sweet, helpful and polite. I watched her speak to many customers and she really went above and beyond to help them with what they needed. I will absolutely be staying here again! "
