"Beautiful old hanok, very welcoming owners who spoke almost no English but were able to convey their meaning. There is no English signage on the gateway to the courtyard but Googlemaps led me there easily. I was able to leave my bag in advance of check in and the owner provided a map of Jeonju and helpfully circled points of interest. Room was clean and comfy with the underfloor heating. "Lovely location, right near the shrine and a very short walk to the hanok village. Stayed in a traditional style room and the futon was very comfortable. The room had a seperate bathroom, A/C and a little fridge which was great since it was so hot outside. Really felt like I was getting a good taste of Korean culture!"
