"The front desk associate- I believe her name is Nala, was very welcoming and kind. She was working late and helped us get checked in. Our room was comfy and clean. I loved waking up to the lake view on the balcony. The hotel was quiet and housekeeping was attentive. When I had an issue with my credit card & a fraud alert, the manager was so patient & knew how to resolve issue. I would return on our next visit. "

The location is perfect - just a short drive to town for easy access to restaurants, shops and the train.The house is a true sanctuary, with two kitchens, one being acommercial kitchen that made cooking a joy, luxurious beds in all the rooms for ultimaterelaxation. We loved the game/theater room, perfect for entertainment when we weren't exploring.James and Dana were fantastic, responsive, and ensured we had everything we needed for a seamless stay.
