"We stayed at the "Deluxe" Bungalows and I have to say that we were quite disappointed. The price we paid for the rooms did not meet our expectations at all. The rooms are very small. The mattress is old and not comfortable and small and the pillows were not of good quality either. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. There is black mould down the shower room and it had a funny smell. The door also did not close properly. You can notice that the rooms have not been maintained or improved in...

"We found the hotel to be luxurious and very clean. However the big downfall for us was the very busy, noisy traffic on the road at the front of the hotel. Unfortunately our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the window closed you could hear the traffic noise day and throughout the night. It made it very difficult to relax and we had constant disrupted sleep at night. In hindsight we should have requested to change rooms to the back of the hotel but we had unpacked and settled...

"Disappointing Stay – Great Staff, Poor Hotel Standards Unfortunately, my overall experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The only genuinely positive aspect of my stay was the staff, who were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. However, the hotel itself fell well below my expectations. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. The bathtub drainage system was also very poor, with water draining frustratingly...
