The quality of the sofa beds and one of the twin beds were not that great, so 4 of us always had a hard time sleeping (so consider it for a party of 8 or less). The view and the balcony is awesome, specifically at night. The neighborhood is very live for night life, but extremely noisy at night to have a good night sleep. Tiny stairs all way to the 5th floor is a good and tough daily excessive !"
