Feedback for the breakfast buffet, the food was a little sad ie: the fruit options, very green bananas and dried out oranges, the donut holes were stale, the oatmeal was pasty, and there were no “to-go”lids for the paper coffee cups. Speaking of paper, I had to drink my nice bottle of Chardonnay for my room out of a paper cup :( No wine glasses available. ugh I expected more...

"When we checked in, the first 2 rooms were not touched by the housekeepers and then our 3rd room was fine. I did speak to the front desk attendant about it and she was very polite and helpful with the situation. I appreciate her so much "

"Stayed just one night after an evening arrival at Pittsburgh Airport. It was a few miles from the airport but straightforward to find. Easy parking & great check in. Room was very clean, spacious & comfortable. Hotel was very quiet. There is no restaurant or bar but they are available nearby. There is a self serve complementary breakfast. Exceeded our expectations for a convenient one night stopover & good value too."

"Internet service was unavailable. No reimbursement or discount was offered. This appears to be an ongoing problem at this hotel. The front desk staff was sympathetic and understanding. The carpet in our room was heavily soiled. We needed to keep our shoes on when traversing the room. Breakfast was a mere snack. ( Fruit bar/ oatmeal)"
