We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and took the time to share their favorite restaurants, sights, and local recommendations, which made exploring Carcassonne so much easier. They also offered to pick us up from the train station and drove us to pick up our rental car for a very reasonable price, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is perfect and within walking distance of all the main attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety...

Arnaud and his wife were helpful with parking, recommendations of sites to see, served delicious breakfast. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. Definitely a great choice for visiting Carcassonne.

Corine was so sweet and the place had everything. Breakfast was delicious and the view was beautiful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, we had a wonderful stay.

Great location if you are visiting the citè! Good breakfast. No luxury, just great functionality. The card terminal wasn't working on my arrival/check out making it a little uncomfortable since we had no cash on us to pay local taxes. Good room size, great bathroom

Hostest was amazingly helpful and welcoming. Narbonne is awesome too! Would recommend this place to everyone.

We had a difficult time finding the hotel, even with a GPS in the car. It turned out it has changed its name to Audotel only, so the GPS did not recognize the original name. If we programmed "Audotel" only, it would have been okay. Breakfast is overpriced, I think.

Perfect roadtrip stop next to the castle and restaurants. I mean, its almost in front of it. Nice parking, friendly service, there is breakfast in the hotel which i recommend because breakfast places in France are not common. Clean room, nice hot shower and bed is ok.

Charming hotel; great staff; great breakfast.

A good basic room, with friendly and helpful staff, a good breakfast, and a convenient location.

Habitación chiquita, pero limpia y cuidada!! Buena ubicación si vas en auto, el personal 10 puntos!!

For the price, it was excellent. The lobby did have a peculiar smell to it, but the room was clean, and there was an elevator, which is a bit rare for Europe. Overall there were no issues.

For a stop along the tollway during our family’s travels, this was perfect. We had two adjoining rooms. He staff was friendly and helpful. The outside of the building looks a bit outdated, but the inside is in good condition, clean, and comfortable. Rooms are not as big as the standard American Motel, but for European, rooms, this was comfy. Very close to grocery shopping and a few restaurants. I also found that there’s a nice little hike up the hillside behind the property into an undeveloped...

I appreciate the Hotel manager helped me carry my luggage up and down the stairs! Highly recommended.
