Beautiful hotel in lovely Sydney. Not too far from ferry. Walk to restaurants and shops. The backyard is the ocean. The hotel is nice and clean and beds were comfortable. They offered free breakfast which was amazing! Staff was nice. The only complaint I have is I wish i would've paid extra for the ocean view. Would definitely stay again.

Clean room Loved the pool Nice variety of foods at the breakfast bar

I liked that it was an old property and was very well kept up. I liked that bath products and linen were unscented and or very mild naturally scented in instance of body wash and conditioner. I liked that the breakfast offered many minimally processed choices.

Great place to stay in the downtown area. James Bay is so special and the Inn is conveniently located. The staff were really super helpful and willing to accommodate me in anyway that I requested. Would definitely stay here again. I was here for six days and it had everything that I needed.

When entering and leaving Victoria Harbor on the Ferry, everyone loves the small community of houseboats. Now you can have the houseboat experience for a fraction of the cost of a hotel, with all the creature comforts. My room included a private bathroom, a fridge, and a coffee maker. The room was comfortable, clean, and even had heated sheets in the winter. This was the off season, so I can't speak to the prices during the summer, when this B&B reportedly is at full occupancy, but the cost...

The room was elegant, quiet and cozy . The whole farm house was nicely appointed with quality decor and furniture. I felt very content staying there and would visit again.

Lovely loft with great location and decor! Plus two balaconies!

Very nice hotel located conveniently close to the inner harbor and shopping/dining. Rooms were clean and roomy. It had a desk, table, fridge and microwave.

I was passing thru Victoria BC for only 1 night and I thought I would try something a bit different than the regular hotel scene. This youth hostel looked interesting. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The place has strict rules and locked doors so I felt very safe. I had a private room with shared bathroom. A communal breakfast and dinner are provided which were both very good. I am much older than the average hostel guest but I still felt very welcomed. There is a little bar and lounge...

Great price cleaned good location worth what it cost

Great space to hang out and be in all the activity in downtown Victoria. Great location, comfy beds and nice bathroom. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff

The woman at the front desk could not have been more helpful and sweet. I asked directions to the ferry in Victoria and, not only did she give me directions, she looked them up online and printed them out for me. Lovely.
