"All in all, its a decent accommodation for people who are looking to whizz through Birmingham. We needed a car to drive around to the NEC etc. This accommodation is not too far, but around 25 mins away from the centre of Birmingham by driving. Can't complain. "

Canal diversion under the M42 The concrete banking show where the Worcester and Birmingham Canal was diverted into a new channel to the west so that the M42 could cross over the top. The M42 is on a long hill at this point and the canal was moved to give the motorway a uniform gradient.
