"A very kind receptionist was able to accommodate me in a brand new refurbished room,with a kitchenette facility,as a free upgrade,and at an earlier checking in. That enabled me to continue with the work in a peaceful environment,accompanied by the bird song throughout. Away from the bustle of the city centre,yet very close,within a walking distance,within this part of the conservation area. Definitely great potential there."

"Usually use Prem Inn but prices are getting ridicules, found Kingfisher Bard, first class, reasonable price and breakfast included not like Prem Inn, £9.50 extra for continental brekkie. Definitely use again."

"Room was ok. Pub was quite noisy but that’s expected. Very limited parking so may have to park on a grass verge if coming back in evening time. "

"Seemed a bit busy/disorganised during the booking and payment process so I was a little worried but it seemed this was due to a change of management and all was fine. If fact, they were very helpful in amending our booking and carrying luggage etc. The room was quaint and quirky, quite quiet and comfortable."

"I stayed for one night. The room had been kept for me despite Expedia booking not passing my details on properly. The room was really spacious. Plenty of lovely human touches like a fruit bowl on the table and practical touches like USB sockets were a god-send to charge my electronic devices. Richard is very welcoming, helpful and friendly.
