"don’t come here. first day I saw a cockroach and i’m pretty sure there’s some type of bug in the room.
sucks because the location of the hotel is great for someone that’s here for the first time. safe neighborhood and everything you’d want to visit isn’t that far away"

"Bad customer service. I booked on the same day and they told me I had to register with them 72 hours before my reservation. I showed up and no one was there. I also called their customer service and one one answered. I was left to book a different hotel last minute. "
