"The stay wad good, but I was a little upset, that the site said they did offer shuttles and the did not have one to take me to the airport. I had to pay an extra $50 for an uber. Which I was trying to avoid by staying at a hotel with a shuttle. Other then that the stay was fine."

"In Charlotte for son's 2 day sport's camp and then a day at Carowinds. Loved having the suite with 2 double beds in one room and a TV/couch/kitchen table and fridge/sink in the other room. Spacious. Dated, needs some maintenance around door frame, but the price was right. Ok breakfast. Kids loved making their own waffles. Great location, near freeway, lots of restaurant options and Carowinds. Staff was great, even allowing for an early check-in. Their pool was closed, but they let us swim...

"I really like it there! Good price and great Margarita's at the Mexican restaurant right beside the place.great shopping behind there. They have a cute little pool and it's a lot of fun there because it's near a lot of different options. I love the town of matthews!"

"I will say my stay was very comfortable and the price was right and I think that paid $70 which is pretty hard to be it was the cheapest I could find this hotel looks a little bit like it used to be owned by somebody else and Wyndham bought it but hasn't quite gotten around to doing the cosmetics renewal for example the coffee maker didn't work the rusty vent fan the slipcover over the furniture the worn furniture TV didn't quite work easily so it certainly wasn't up to par with 150 or $200...
