While the gentleman with long curly hair could have been more helpful in managing the long line, not everyone excels in service. However, the young lady who checked us in was calm and professional, and another staff member was exceptionally kind to my children. Overall, it was an incredible place!"

"Very nice hotel. We were there for my son's orientation at UNC-Charlotte. Impressed with the overall experience. Place was full with a number of events going on. Bar and restaurant area is comfortable and fun. Had dinner there one night distant not expect it to be as good as it was. It was excellent actually. Service was great. Bar tender was an amazing gentleman but he needs help on nights that were as busy as it was! Worked his tail off! Only downside was that I was told that...
