"Not worth the price paid. Very inconvenient as we only got one key and one parking space - not friendly for more than three person especially if you have separate plans. Towels looks dirty (white turned gray). Sofa had holes and worn out. One of the legs supported by a nutella container. No access to netflix even though services provided. No hot water in shower!"

"Just check out after a very good sleep. Bed very comfy and quiet. Very very clean very friendly staff and really good location. Room not big but it's okay since they have provided all nessesery like TV fridge desk nice bed clean modern bathroom hot shower good WiFi. Also water filter and coffee tea as much needed can take without pay penny. We are really had a good time with this hotel. Price also very cheap if compared. Thanks "

"The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a reasonable size. The top floor sitting and eating area is clean and comfortable. The hotel has done a lot to make the limited space in downtown KL welcoming and homelike."
