"My only complaint is the road to get to the container villa is so obviously made for a one way but the kurokawa onsen village decided that traffic can struggle to figure out who has the right of way and reverse in the middle of the road… very dangerous but any who.. "一人の利用でも夕食をお部屋でとらせていただけたのがとてもありがたかったです。 とにかくすべてがおいしいです。名物料理が全て食べられて、りゅうきゅうの味もだんご汁の麺？のもちもち感も本当に良かったんですが、特にブリのお刺身が最高すぎてひっくり返りました。 ただやはり量がものすごいので、風習とはいえ旅館さんもそろそろフードロス問題に取り組んでほしいなとも思いました。 お風呂は別々の場所に三つあるところを予約をしたり誰か使っていないか確認しながら服を着直して移動しないといけないので少し面倒でした。42℃のお湯に入れない人間ですがお湯は混ぜてもかなり熱いかったです。大きい方を先に予約できたのが正解で、小さい方は足しか無理でした。好きな時間に予約したい方は早めに伺った方がいいです。露天には洗い場がないので、先に洗い場があるお風呂の予約がとれないと露天にいけません。 大寒波がきてたのもあり、お部屋もエアコンの温度をかなり上げてもぬくぬくとはいきませんでした。廊下もかなり冷えるので、冬に行かれる方はしっかり防寒着あった方が良いかと思います。鉄輪の冬は東京よりもかなり寒かったです。"

It has its own baths, but you have access to the bigger and outdoor baths at the main building a block away. We hadn’t ticked the dinner box when reserving. Dining options in this town may be somewhat limited as most onsen inns serve meals inside. The restaurants fill up. We ordered the dinner when we arrived. "The people here were so friendly and helped us with several things with so much patience as we stumbled through our basic Japanese and translators. So so so friendly and helpful. The parking lot is small but there is another lot for overflow super close by with a Joyfull restaurant in between offering nice breakfast before heading out for the day."
