"The hotel needs updating. The lifts didn't work and there was no food on site. The room was ok . It was are first stay but if they manage to serve food we would stay again "

"Both the receptionists were exceptionally welcoming and informative. I was concerned about parking my motorcycle and they made sure it was in view of the cameras. Really kind, thoughtful and professional. I had travelled a long distance and arrived early. I was just going to ask to park and use the facilities but my room was already available. And with a view of the Mersey. Fab."

"Nice place with a good view over Winckley Square. We just booked one night local to get out of the house as our son was having friends around for his 21st. As we left the 20 and 21yr olds behind, was quite surprised to be met by the unmistakable smell of weed in the living room of the flat. Not a massive problem to be fair, but the sickly smell does tend to linger. The flat is quite nicely fitted out in a faux art deco style. "We were visiting Anfield for the Legends game, so found this lovely guest house. Very clean, very comfortable with everything you might need. The kitchen is really nice, such a good idea (we didn't need to use it) Bathroom is spacious & the 1st floor shower is lush!! Definitely recommend "

"Property was clean and room was comfortable. The food was lovely but let down by a cold reception on arrival. The only person who smiled or showed any ‘ friendliness’ was a young girl serving behind the bar. Such a shame."

"Apartment room was good, needed a little more finesse & finishing but reasonable. There were some niggles such as rusty toilet roll holder, shower door that doesn't properly shut, no shelf in the shower room. The main issue however was the entrance & stairs which were very dirty. "
