"There was construction going on next to the hotel while we stayed there, so the construction noise was kind of awful in the morning. It’s a weirdly designed place. We found ourselves out on the patio at one point, which was covered in cigarette butts, garbage, and dirty glasses. Not a great look. Otherwise, our room was extremely small, but it was fine."
"Easy check in - if you have internet service to get the code. Liked the adjoining kitchen for use of just two rooms. Close to downtown - water, church, excellent pizza restaurant. Peaceful. Bare bones but that was appreciated in order to keep the room price down.

"Guesthouse room was ok, shared bathroom was good. Location was in a small town in the middle of nowhere, Kind of like the place for truck stops. Breakfast was included but we were leaving before it was available in the morning so the host brought it to us the night before (nice!). Check-in was a bit challenging as Reception was not manned. You have to go to adjacent restaurant and ask to be checked in. The instructions tells you to contact them beforehand but the phone is never answered....

"There's no breakfast during the off-seasons, and no toiletries except hand soap and toilet paper, so make sure to bring your own. There's a microwave and they offer to store things in the fridge if needed, but overall a bit inconvenient. Everything else was good though, and the staff and dogs were friendly."
"It was a great stay. I enjoyed it. The place was upbeat, clean and the amenities were generally available. I would have liked them to stock up on toilet paper and paper towels in the kitchen more frequently and provided more spray for the kitchen tables. I was there for 5 days and twice i had to switch bathrooms to go to one that had bathroom tissue.
There is a restaurant right next to the hostel, it’s also near to buses and not a far walk to downtown Reykjavik.

"I thought this was a very comfortable and well located hotel. WiFi was great. It wasn't super fancy but it met all expectations and I found it quite cozy and pleasant. The staff was super responsive via message. Perfect score! The only thing that could be better is a little more direction on parking. This is not the property's fault. I searched for hotels that had parking included and this one came up and I failed to verify, It doesn't have parking included so that was a search engine fail, but...
