"Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had to speak with someone on a kiosk when we checked in and pay using the same kiosk which was unusual to me. They want to scan your ID and credit card on the kiosk when checking in. Maybe this method is becoming more common, but I didn't care for it. I had rather deal face to face with a person on the property."

"Very comfortable and nice rooms. Everything was spotless!! Only complaint is the adjoining exercise room. Someone was playing with the basketball late night and it sounded like it was in our room. Next time I check in here or any other Best Western, I will ask for a room away from the exercise room.
