Dog friendly, dog allowed in bar area not in restaurant for breakfast though, but we never had breakfast Dog friendly Italian restaurant next door, good. Beautiful walking area right outside hotel perfect for dogs Valance worth a visit Be mindful though no one on hotel till 16:00 to let you in unless you have the keyless code "

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. We arrived very late, around 2am and there was someone at the reception who didn't speak much english but we understood each other. I wasn't expecting much of the hotel because of the price but I think overal was very good. The only thing I saw as a downside is that our room was just above where people go to smoke so I had to smell the cigarrete smoke because the room was boiling as the air conditioning wasn't working. "If you’re coming late to the property then the check in process is automated through a machine and for me it caused quite a lot of issue since the POS machine was not responding. So i had to be stranded outside in cold rainy day for almost half an hour. "

"Location is great, in reach of both Tain l'hermitage just by crossing the bridge and Tournon. Walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbours talking till about 2am. Bathroom is on the small side."

"This hotel was easy to find and although we speak no French the welcome was warm and helpful. This hotel is the old French style so is quite dark inside but there is a great terrace where an excellent meal was served. After we ordered our meal we received a small pre dinner canapé which we assumed was complimentary as all other tables were served with this treat as well. The next morning we noted it was on our account as petit dejeuner for 18 euro but the person behind the desk did not speak...

"Piscine sale (feuille, algue verte). Domage en plein mois d’aout. Etonnant de voir les nouveaux proprietaires se baigner dans la piscine, regarder le home cinema dans la salle commune ou fumer sous les balcons empechant les clients d’aerer. Contrairement a ce qui est indiqué sur le site, renvoi vers l’office du tourisme pour les conseils. Chambre correctes et propres. Les anciens commentaires ont l’air destinés a l’ancienne gestion."

"Wonderfully located property and restaurant far beyond expectations for a two star hotel. The only downsides were no air conditioning and, contrary to info on Expedia, reception did not open until 5pm for us to check-in."
