"My room had a nice view of Topaz Lake and the full moon rising. The property is old, but very clean and well maintained. I would stay again. "

"We had a river room that looked out on the grassy lawn and Walker river. We enjoyed watching the birds that were busy flying, fathering mud, etc at the river. Only one place in town to get breakfast since the bakery wasnt yet open for the season."

"Originally built in Bodie in 1880 and moved here in 1920 as the gold played out, makes this a wonderful historical hotel; especially for those who are visiting the Bodie Historical State Park, the nations most famous ghost town. "

"The lodge room had lots of space, was clean, quiet, safe, and a great view of the bluffs behind. I enjoyed having a patio to sit outside and read. The staff here friendly and helpful. Yes, I would stay here again. "

"Old time hotel things are only like twelve units. Parked right in front of the room. The heaters were wall heaters. It was like a blast from the seventies, but I really enjoyed it as the properties and a beautiful part of the country. Made me almost feel like I was a kid again. Remembering my vacations with my parents. Help me enjoy my time with the special friend"
