"We arrived at 1:30 am, couldn’t find a place and we didn’t have connection, but local helped us to find it. The place was clean and nice for $35. Much better than some $100 hotels in USA.

"Breakfast was okay, lots of shops nearby and price was very affordable. However my TV would not work despite batteries in remotes being changed. Biggest issue was a toilet with seat, no soap in bathroom and No A/C."

We felt safe and secure. It was a very basic room , but it was clean and comfortable.

"The tree houses are set on a beautiful property. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We particularly enjoyed the coffee in the mornings from our balcony and the night walks. "
"Inserted in the tropical cloud forest, this place is magic. The Toro Amarillo river taints the stones orange and gives a constant roaring, the congos haul to contrast with the crickets and cicada's background rhythm. But most of the healing comes from the hot, yellowish mineral spring water pool, alternating with the very cold, crystal clear spring water. While the cabins are rustic, the staff are all wonderful. We will come back for another “forest bathing”, and perhaps a zip-line adventure....
"It’s basic, but it was easy to find. It only took 5min after picking up a rental car. The access instructions were clear.
There was no hot water, but it wasn’t a problem for me. We stayed only one night and I just needed to get a shower and get to bed after a lengthy journey.
The bed was very comfortable; good pillows.
The breakfast was reasonable.
Overall, I was happy with the amenity and would recommend it."

"To begin with my wife and I are both handicapped which they were advised off on reservation and they put us on the third floor with no elevators. No my wife said no so they put on the first floor in a non-handicapped room, which was next to an unoccupied handicapped room. Our tiny room had no handicap adaptations. Four feet from central desk and very noisy. Sheets were torn and no soap or shampoo in the shower.
Go figure. When we arrived the restaurant was çlosed. The chef was sick. The...
