"We enjoyed being on the beach but in a cozy cabin in the woods as well! We enjoyed our stay, it was very roomy, clean and we had everything we needed! Would stay here again for sure!"

"House was in a perfect location and was plenty big for our family of 15. The kids loved the pool and the in house theater. However the house was pretty dirty, the appliances were dirty e.g the Dyson vacuum was filled with black spot, and many of the pots and pans were burned through the bottom and were in need of replacing. The two dishwashers were nice but the door of one was difficult to close and lock. "

"Fantastic location for easy access to the beach. Worked really well for little kids- a minute walk to the waves at most. House was set up well - bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy for grandparents and 2 other families with young children. Wide open living room/ kitchen made it easy to gather. Pantry was full of spices, olive oil, vinegar, and paper products- saran, foil, ziplock bags, etc. Pool and hot tub were nice, but used very little by us be because the ocean water was perfect. 4x4 area...

"I would definitely stay here again, the only two criticisms I would have is 1. Some of the beds were pretty firm, like very hard. So I would just bring a mattress topper if you need a soft bed. 2. the main entry stairs are a little dangerous. however, as stated in other reviews, the side stairs are adequate and well built. They just need to put a landing in the entry stairs.However, the layout of this place is absolutely amazing, the views of the ocean are fantastic. Sandbridge is a quiet area...
