"It was ok for a few days and the breakfast is great we found, even tho we did find people making cheese toasties in the toastr smokign the whole restaurant out. It does state no bags which is totally fine with us but we did notice the odd back being brought in. The bed isnt that comfortable but its ok for a few nights. "This hotel was a perfect stop over before we went to our disney hotel. 10 minutes from Disney and a quick and easy drive to the shopping centre. Rooms are small but perfectly adequate for one night. I download the bolt app (similar to uber but a bit cheaper) it was £37 from the hotel to the eiffel tower. Took around 50 mins "

"Stayed at this hotel a number of times. Always a pleasant experience. Immediately next door to the RER A Station so convenient, only small downside is railway noise. Our room was incredibly warm the first night, but we spoke to the front desk to request the A/C be switched on, they advised it was centrally managed but they would contact head office and request. The next night the A/C was on and the room was far more comfortable and we slept great. Appreciate the assistance from the staff....

"It will be nice to inform customers about the process of checking in. Specially late night check in since there are no staff and doors are locked. Rude people you get on the phone can’t spend time to help you. Very scary place for a lady who first time visit the country and fo not know anything about the area. "

"I’ve never stayed in a hotel, where the staff make no attempt to greet the guests. We checked in late using the machine outside so the reception was closed, which I have no problem with. What I didn’t like is when I did finally see the receptionist and smiled, I was greeted with a blank stare. Not once, did the staff even try to acknowledge us which we found, very disappointing. Only person I care into contact with was the cleaner and that’s it! I think more basic amenities would be nice...

"It was a two night stay to visit Fontainbleau Chateau and the city of Fontainbleau. The chateau was well worth the visit but not the Chateau gardens which are in need of alot of work."
