"Staff were very helpful and friendly. The layout of the room was nice. Toilet and shower in bathroom with sink/vanity in bedroom. The sitting area was nice with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There were some noise issues. The AC was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep and we could hear taps running in other rooms during the night."

"There was a problem with the sink drain in my room and after being moved to a new room, there was an issue with the television. But the staff rectified both situations in a timely manner. Also the continental breakfast person was outstanding in every aspect. That’s why the 5 stars for the staff and service. Nice job ladies. Thank you. "

"I've stayed there before and the breakfast bar is very good. Check in went quickly and wakeup call was on time. Rooms were clean as was the general areas. "

"We traveled from out of town to celebrate milestones with family members. We figured this location was good to accommodate the different locations of family members. However, we were not aware of the “repairs” in their renovation process. It made the hallways look rundown and dingy. "Rooms were standard nothing overly special. Breakfast was good with variety, the staff working breakfast were excellent friendly and kept all well stocked. The pool area was not super. Smaller pool, cold and very wet slippery ground. I would stay again. "

"Didn't like how vagrants were allowed inside the motel's smoking area, that you can only access from inside the motel, asking for money and or a cigarette. This is inside the motel, not on some street in the city"

"Good Stay. Good Bed and easy access to the hotel made for an easy stay. Quiet area, which you would expect, its Lansing. Stopped off at a local laundromat the next morning before hitting the road. Made contact with some locals, met the laundry owners , had breakfast, enjoyed the lazy morning. A Big THANK YOU to the laundry owner for opening on-time on Sunday. Good impression of Lansing, MI."
