"This hotel is nice and clean. All rooms are entered from inside the building. Its no smoking and close to restaurants. My stay was tainted a bit because the city farmers decided to put down fertilizer that caused a very strong odor of cow manure throughout the town and the building. I still recommend this property."

No refund. Cause I prepaid that a joke they should have been glad I prepaid them but I got no refund and the keep my money for 1 night that I wasn’t even there and re rented the room to someone else double pay for them. "Very nice older farmhouse, loved the shed with pool table and ping pong. Remote location, but not too far from area attractions - great location in our opinion! The host is wonderful and very easy to communicate with."
