"We stood here 3 times in 2 years. The staff is excellent! One stay we found the house cleaning of the room to be poor. The house cleaner left someone else’s dirty sock in our room (probably whoever stayed there before us). They didn’t give us fresh towels, no toilet paper, no facial tissues, no soap, no lotion, no coffee pads, no plastic ice bag. I guess they forgot all these things. The front desk manager helped by getting us the missing items from our room. The breakfast is delicious...

"As my stay was for business as usual, my only complaint is that the beds in my opinion, are somewhat uncomfortable for me. The firmness of the mattress was a bit too firm and felt like it’s on the older side for a mattress. The linens were very comfortable and clean. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was excellent.
