"First off there was no stay! The hotel did not have our reservation, as confirmed by Hotels.com, and reserved on 2/1/2024. So, we did not have a place to stay even after the reservation was booked and confirmed by the hotel. We tried on numerous occasions to have the hotel do the right thing and they refused. "We were greeted by name by our hostess, Señora Domitila, as we walked up to Casa de Luna... it is quite a hike from the port with multiple stops to rest due to the altitude.
