"Main lobby is large, clean & inviting. Front desk staff welcoming & pleasant. Our room was clean & bed was very comfortable(which was a nice change from our last few hotel stays). Breakfast had a ton of options, from scrambled eggs, bagels & yogurts, to waffles, muffins & more. Very accomodating & plenty of choices. Will be staying here again next time we visit Hershey Park. Also, theres a diner adjecent to the hotel in the same parking lot which seems convenient for travelers as well. 5/5...

"The beds were comfy and breakfast was great,there were many options. We only stayed one night, but the shower/bath was still dirty, old bar of soap was still in the shower, we passed on taking showers. Overall staff was very nice."

My room was clean and comfortable, and even though the hotel was under renovation, I didn’t face any issues. I’m definitely thinking about returning and would highly recommend it for a pleasant stay!"
