"Beautiful house in a great location!"

"This property is a great alternative to a hotel room as it provides similar amenities with the added comfort and convenience of a well appointed kitchenette and lounge space. Property was clean and conveniently located. It was not a problem for us, but should note that the second story location and proximity to the courthouse means that street traffic/noise, as well as hourly chimes from nearby church, may affect light sleepers. Peter was a great host and we will definitely stay there again!"

"We have stayed here several times. Always a good experience. Historic hotel with easy parking and bar restaurant on site. Rooms have exposed brick and beamed ceilings."

"Excellent host and one of the cleanest vrbo’s we’ve rented - excellent job there! The house was exactly as described and had everything done as detailed. That’s an huge bonus for mom dad with four kids ages 7-15!! Outside on street and neighborhood was not as clean with trash on the sidewalks and in the street. This isn’t the owners fault (owner is elevating the street- lifting it up with some others) but something to think about if you are accustomed to rentals where you let your kids go outside to walk neighborhood or to play. We wanted to stay in the city on this trip and admittedly not something we are used to. Didn’t walk anywhere but that was mainly due to distance to the events we had planned. At this unit the back yard was nice and secure safe for all children. As mentioned by others parking is a challenge but it’s like that for everyone and even with all our coming and going we never had to park more than half block away even with a very large 8 passenger suv. So don’t fear the parallel parking as a challenge but I wouldn’t leave keys in the switch or the windows down. "
